Y’all know I love tostadas.
These were homemade on my lunch break.
Fresh, locally made, pan-fried flour tortillas with black beans, shredded lettuce, diced red pepper, salsa, Lightlife Fakin’ Bacon, and Sour Supreme.
A delicious treat of a meal in under 30 minutes.
And you can fold ’em into tacos, too!
